Tailored Sleep Support Plan: Receive a comprehensive, customised sleep plan created just for you and your baby. Sleep Consultant Alana will assess your baby's sleep patterns, routines and challenges to create a step-by-step guide that fits seamlessly into your family’s lifestyle.

2 Weeks of Online Support: Enjoy peace of mind with two weeks of continuous support via WhatsApp and/or email. Alana will be available daily between 9am and 5pm to provide guidance, answer follow-up questions and make necessary tweaks and adjustments to the sleep plan. This ongoing support ensures you stay on track and feel confident and empowered every step of the way.
