Alana Steff is the sole trader of DreamWell Sleep Coach.

“Client”: the person receiving the information and/or services provided by DreamWell Sleep Coach.

Terms & Conditions

  • All package fees must be paid prior to commencement of initial consultation. DreamWell Sleep Coach reserves the right to postpone and/or cancel consultation should payment not be finalised.
  • The client/s agree to follow safe sleeping practices in line with Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) recommendations www.rednose.org.au/section/safe-sleeping.
  • The client agrees to have medical clearance from their General Practitioner or other medical professional if their baby has any medical conditions which may prevent them from safely being supported throughout the sleep program. 
  • The client agrees to disclose to DreamWell Sleep Coach their baby’s medical history including current medical condition(s).
  • DreamWell Sleep Coach’s sleep plans are tailored for the client’s baby and must not be shared with any third party.
  • DreamWell Sleep Coach’s documentation is confidential and must not be shared with any third party.
  • DreamWell Sleep Coach makes suggestions for change. It is the responsibility of the client to implement these suggestions. Any changes you make to the baby's sleeping are made at the sole discretion of the client.
  • DreamWell Sleep Coach takes no responsibility for the results of the sleep plan.
  • DreamWell Sleep Coach’s sleep plans may include follow up phone calls/emails initiated by DreamWell Sleep Coach. 
  • Should the client need to put the program on hold after commencement of the program, arrangements will be at the discretion of DreamWell Sleep Coach.
  • DreamWell Sleep Coach is fully covered with professional indemnity insurance through IICT Insurance.
  • The Client understands that if DreamWell Sleep Coach needs to cancel the client’s initial consultation for reasons beyond the control of DreamWell Sleep Coach, the next available consultation will be offered. I understand that I may request a refund if the next available consultation is not convenient to me.

Refunds

  • Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled phone consult will only be refunded 50% of the fee paid. Cancellations prior to 48 hours will be refunded 100% of the fee paid.
  • Should the client choose not to proceed after the phone consult, the client is eligible for a 25% refund on the initial sum paid for the package.
  • Should the client choose not to proceed after the phone consultation, after the sleep plan has been emailed or at any stage during the first week of support, the client is eligible for a 10% refund of the initial fee paid for the package.
  • Should the client choose not to proceed during the final week of follow up, no refund will be given.
  • If a support package is cancelled due to medical reasons and the client has received the sleep plan their sleep support will be postponed to a date agreed upon by both parties.
  • In the occurrence of sickness or critical events, DreamWell Sleep Coach can reschedule the consultation and cater accordingly.

Acceptance

  • I agree that by booking and paying for a package, I have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions of service as set out by DreamWell Sleep Coach above.
